They failed to deliver the quantity ordered by a simple mistake. They fixed it immediately when I informed them and sent the rest by express post at their expense. Can't ask for better service. Will continue to use them as I have before.

Glove failed in weeks, seller blamed it on my bows draw weight even though it was advertised as suitable for even the heaviest draw weights and offered me a more expensive glove and waive delivery fee thinking I didn't know it was already free delivery as a std. When I said I would need a refund but would buy the other glove they refunded then barred me from being able to purchase anything else from their store. VERY poor form all round.

You are quite right, we are terrible people. We refunded in full including postage same day as you asked, without even seeing a photo of your claim and without the glove being returned. Quite true that we recommended a leather tipped glove over a nylon tipped glove for a high poundage stick bow. We are in fact, so terrible with very poor form that you seem quite upset that you cant buy from us anymore.
