- Pick-up / collection is not available.
- Shipping costs are outlined at the “Postage and Payments” tab at the top of each eBay listing. The shipping cost includes both postage and handling charges.
- All orders are shipped Monday to Friday only. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.
- Generally, all orders received by 12 noon AEST on Monday to Friday will be shipped that same day. Orders received after this time will be shipped the following business day. This guaranteed shipping time frame will not apply in the event that we are required to contact you for clarification of your order or delivery address.
- We cannot ship to an address not listed in your eBay / Paypal account. Therefore, if you require shipping to a different address, you must add this address to your eBay / Paypal account prior to check-out.
- Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct at time of check-out. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping details used to ship your item.
- Without limiting the operation of any other terms or conditions (and with the exception of Consumer Guarantees), Parts Den will not accept any liability or responsibility for any loss or damage in transit or damage/theft that may occur once the item is delivered to your address. Similarly, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage as a result of late delivery.
- Buyers should contact the shipping company for any claims or assistance in respect of lost items or items damaged in transit.
- All orders are shipped by Express Post or Regular mail using Australia Post.
- If your order is urgent (whereby you require an item to be delivered within 5 business days), we suggest that you select the “Express Post” option at check-out where available.
- Orders shipped via Express Post should be delivered to most Australian metropolitan areas within 1-5 business days.
- Orders shipped via Regular mail should be delivered to most Australian metropolitan areas anywhere between 5-21 business days.
- Delivery times are indicative only – based upon information provided by Australia Post. Delivery timeframes may be longer in some cases, including, but not limited to, regional or rural areas.
- If you are not present to accept the delivery of your item, it will be carded for collection at your local Australia Post outlet.
- We endeavour to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, please be aware that the actual delivery of your item is subject to Australia Post delivery networks which are outside of our control. Similarly, delivery can be disrupted by transportation failure and inclement weather, including bushfires and floods.
- Where a tracking number is applicable, this will be added to your Item Order in your Purchases section in “My eBay” to assist you in tracking your purchase.
