Rudest company ever!!! TNT passed the parcel to a third party CC BEST BATHURST. who tried to deliver the potbelly without notice while I was at work. Rang TNT to arrange a re delivery. Customer service is out of the country, lady told me they cant deliver unless I HAVE A FORKLIFT OR PALLET JACK BECAUSE THE ITEM IS 65 KG Rang CC BEST the boss was extremely rude refused to tell me when they going to re deliver. Rang Pinnacle wholesalers they did not care a bit hung up on me I DONT RECOMMEND THEM!
