Can I buy an item at a fix price?

Yes, you can buy an item at the "buy it now" price, or you may want to bid to win the item.

How can I get more information on a product?

We always do our best to provide you as much on a product as we can on the listing. All pictures within listing are for illustration purposes only. If you still have more questions, you can either send us an email or visit the suppliers website for details.

Can I pick up my item?

Unfortunately, as per our listings, pickups are not possible. The reason for this is that as we sell on behalf of a number of large vendors. These vendors ship the items directly from their warehouses around the country.

When should I pay for an item that I have won?

Payment should be made within 7 days after the end of listing. If no payment has been received within this period, a payment reminder will be sent to you automatically. If the payment still has not been received within 7 days after the end of listing, PCMeal has the option to relist this item. The highest-bidder will be considered as NON-Pay buyer. Payment strike and negative feedback will be filed via eBay.

Can you ship multiple items together to save on shipping?

Only some items are accepted for consolidate shipping. please contact us. You are required to wait for ALL your items to end and e-mail us say you need to ship multiple item. If your items are not paid for at the same time during Checkout we will not be able to offer a discount. We are unable to make any exceptions. Items must be purchased under the same User ID to take advantage of the shipping discount.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We prefer payment via internet bank transfer as this allows us to speed up your order. We also accept Direct Deposit, Money Order & Bank Cheque. We are unable to accept Credit Card Payment, Pick Up, COD (Cash on Delivery).

How long do I have to pay for an item?

In the listing we state that payment should be made within 7 days from the end of auction. If you require an extension or are waiting for other items to end please email us at and in most circumstances we are able to accommodate your request.

Will I receive a tax invoice or receipt with my purchase?

Yes. We always issue a tax invoice along with your item, and the tax invoice issued is used for warranty purpose as well, so keep it safe with you at all the time.

Is GST included in the final bid price?

Yes, All auctions are GST Inclusive.

Which carrier do you use to ship your parcels?

We using Australia Post (Express post /Register), Fastway (Courier), and others.

Will I need to sign for my item on delivery?

Yes, some items (register post) require a signature upon delivery. If you are not at home at the time of delivery the delivery driver will leave a notice in your letterbox & you can take the notice to your local post office to collect your item. Please note that you will need proof of ID when collecting your item from the post office.

Can you send my items to a P.O Box?

Yes, in most cases your item can be delivered to a P.O. Box address, but please note that you will be required to sign for your parcel upon collection at your local post office and will be required to show proof of ID. Large items such as printers or LCD monitors can not be delivered to a P.O. Box address.

Are all the items (parcels) covered by transit insurance?

Not all the item covered by insurance. But we will provide a track number for your parcel so you can easily find out the you parcel. If you have not received your item within 7days after your confirmed your payment, please contact us at within 30 days from the date of payment otherwise we will be unable to trace it.

When do I get my item once I have paid my payment?

PCMeal will arrange the delivery within working days after your payment has been cleared. Although in most cases delivery is much quicker, please allow 15 days shipping time from the date of payment.

Warranty & Returns

Are PCMeal products covered by warranty?

We aim to sell great products with warranty support where possible. Most items come with 30 days warranty support. Please refer to the description on eBay for each listing as warranty terms differ from item to item. Warranty is valid within Australia only. All the item Accessories not cover by the warranty.

How can I return faulty items?

You have to email us and obtain a RA number before returning any items. We will email you the return details, so you can return the DOA within 7 days from the date of dispatch. The DOA item must be sent back to us at buyer’s expense. We do not accept any item return by COD service. We do not accept drop off returns. Please email us on

Who should I contact for a warranty claim?

Many of our items come with full manufacturer's warranty and we would ask you to look for the warranty card inside the box, and liaise directly with the manufacturer where instructed. For our assistance with regards to warranty and returns please email Warranty is valid within Australia only.

Is Warranty transferable?

No, if warranty is offered this is non transferable, even on bulk lots. If the item(s) are being purchased by yourself then any warranty claims must come directly from you. We are unable to make any exceptions.

What is your Returns Policy?

We will replace your item if it is found to be Dead on Arrival (DOA) within 7 days from the date of dispatch. Any DOA's must be returned back to us within 7 days. For assistance with warranty and returns please email DO NOT SEND BACK THE ITEM BEFORE YOU EMAIL US!

What is your Returns Policy after 7 days?

If an item needs to be returned after the 14 day period return postage will be at the buyer's expense. You have to e-mail us before you return anything.

What is your Refunds Policy?

No refunds will be issued if the item arrives damaged , we will send a replacement. No refunds offered if you have changed your mind about the goods. No refunds are offered if the package not keep in brand new condition. No refunds are offered after 7 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shall I need to return the unit itself with full packaging?

The item should be returned with full packaging (including all accessories). We do not accept part returning and it will delay the RA process. If replacement is unavailable, a cheque refund will be offered only after the item has been returned with full packaging.

Is warranty extended if an item is replaced?

The warranty applies only to the original product and is not extended for replacements.

If I bought a Digital Camera but the battery life is very short can I get a refund?

the problem is battery life, we suggest you use the Ni-Mh 2400mAh rechargeable battery. It will solve the problem normally. We will not offer any refund for this problem.

How can I provide proof of purchase for a warranty claim?

Your eBay user ID and your issued tax invoice will act as your proof or purchase. You need to email us first before sending any item back for warranty. Please email your problem along with your item number and ebay ID to

No, we do not allow pick up's or drop off's.

If I found any errors on the page , can I ask for a refund?

While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item details is unintentional. We'd suggested not more than 7 days to file the case otherwise we will close the file and we'll have the right to determined the case as a final results.
