The courier (not associated with the seller) has held the parcel at a local depot for two months and counting without any explanation and isn't responding to enquiries. Though this is no fault of the seller, they provided a full refund upon request, which is greatly appreciated. Thanks again — excellent communication and support from the seller.

Sent promptly. However there was issue with deliver. Saw tracking of item sitting with deliverer during Easter week. Emailed seller, they kindly arranged to get it redelivered. No idea why item was not delivered originally as it was tracked as being on delivery vehicle out for delivery.... shortly before easter weekend came around. Anyway happy to received item and thank you for seller redelivering item.

Good Seller had prompt & great communication skills.. Solar light was good value for money & works well. Delivery of item was late (around 5 days) by their courier service but seller kept me up to date with progress reports. (It was just before Xmas time so I'm guessing couriers were bit overwhelmed with xmas parcels.)

The chair covers are good, they aren't the issue here. My issue is with the courier company that was used. (PDF Logistics and Freightster). My items were marked as delivered, but was nowhere to be found! No motion notifications from doorbell. No email from the courier to say my items were arriving, no email with a proof of delivery photo etc. Just marked as delivered on their website. I'm very lucky that the parcel turned up today! I hope this seller changes who they ship with in the future.
