The courier (not associated with the seller) has held the parcel at a local depot for two months and counting without any explanation and isn't responding to enquiries. Though this is no fault of the seller, they provided a full refund upon request, which is greatly appreciated. Thanks again — excellent communication and support from the seller.

Good Seller had prompt & great communication skills.. Solar light was good value for money & works well. Delivery of item was late (around 5 days) by their courier service but seller kept me up to date with progress reports. (It was just before Xmas time so I'm guessing couriers were bit overwhelmed with xmas parcels.)

The chair covers are good, they aren't the issue here. My issue is with the courier company that was used. (PDF Logistics and Freightster). My items were marked as delivered, but was nowhere to be found! No motion notifications from doorbell. No email from the courier to say my items were arriving, no email with a proof of delivery photo etc. Just marked as delivered on their website. I'm very lucky that the parcel turned up today! I hope this seller changes who they ship with in the future.

buyers be aware this seller send me worng item and make excuses for there mistake because their pickers are busy and not refund my money unless i resend this for them they ask you if worng item have to repack it and go post office to resend it that is way you can refund your money. what a hassle..careful if they make mistake you have to do all that.
