Product Questions

1. Can I pickup my item?
Unfortunately we are not able to offer a pickup service for a number of reasons:

We ensure that you receive your goods as soon as possible by limiting its delivery mechanisms. Offering a pick up service would impact on the existing streamlined logistics process and slow down delivery time for all customers.
Most of the time the products will be sent directly from the warehouses located in different states.

2. How do I find out more technical information on the item I wish to bid on?
We are given all the technical specifications by our vendors and we endeavor to list as much information as possible to help you make your purchase decision. Although our in-house team are keen followers of electronics, IT & consumer goods, we do not always have the expertise to answer very detailed and technical questions we get sent by our buyers. If we have the information you require, we will respond as soon as possible. Otherwise, may we suggest to our bidders to research on the Internet. There are websites that provide many technical information on a wide range of products, which can assist in your purchase decision.

Payment Questions

1. How do I pay for an item that I have won on eBay?
After auction finished ebay/Paypal will e-mail you a link to make the payment. Just follow that e-mail to pay for the item. Or you may able to get the information by clicking the following link:

2. Do you offer combine shipping discount?
We only offer shipping discounts on two or more purchases of the same item, and discount rates may vary depending on the item. Please refer to the product listing for more details. Different items will be sent separately.

For the "buy it now" item sent via Australia Post Eparcel (Samll item less then 32KG within 1m ), we offer shipping discount on two or more purchases of the same item.

For the biding items, we are unable to offer any postal discount as only one item available for each auction which is not in line with our policy of combine discount on postage.

For the large heavy items sent via courier (more then 32KG or large then 1m) , as to ensure that the item will be delivered in good condition, we are unable to offer combine postage as we will have them delivered in their original packages which are unable to be packed together.

3. What methods of payment do you accept?

2. Direct Deposit (Highly not recommended because you will not be able to leave enough information as reference, it would be very difficult for us to confirm payments which do not have any reference)

4. How long do I have to pay for an item?
In the listing we stated that payment should be made within 7 days from the end of auction. If you require an extension or are waiting for other items to end, please email us at and in most circumstances we are able to accommodate your request.

Shipping & Delivery Questions

1. Which carrier do you use to ship your parcels?
We are using Courier and Australia Post eParcel system to ship all the items.

2. Can I pick up my item?

3. Will I need to sign for my item on delivery?
Yes, some items (register post) require a signature upon delivery. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery driver will leave a notice in your letterbox & you can take the notice to your local post office to collect your item. Please note that you will need proof of ID when collecting your item from the post office.

4. Can I have my item delivered to a P.O. Box address?
If the listing postage section soecify that this item does not support combine shipping, that means the item will be sent by courier and courier does not deliver to a P.O. Box address . All other small items can be delivered to a P.O. Box address.

5. Are parcels covered by transit insurance?
Not all items are covered by insureance. But we will provide a tracking number for your parcel so that you can easily trace down your parcel.

If you have not received your item within 7days after confirming your payment, please contact us at within 30 days from the date of payment otherwise we will not be able to trace it.

6. Can I change my address after I paid?
No. We will follow your ebay check out record to send out the item after receiving your payment. We are unable to change the delivery address after the item is shipped out. So please make sure you are using the ebay check out page to fill in the correct delivery information.

Warranty & Returns Questions

1. Are oz-auction products covered by warranty?
We aim to sell great products with warranty support where possible. Most items come with a 90-day warranty support. Please refer to the description on eBay for each listing as warranty terms differ from item to item. Warranty is valid within Australia only.

All item accessories are not covered by the warranty. For example, if you purchase a mp3 player, the player itself is covered by the warranty but the earphone and battery are not covered by the warranty.

2. Who should I contact for a warranty claim?
Many of our items come with full manufacturer's warranty. For our assistance in regards to warranties and returns please email . Warranty is valid within Australia only.

3. Is Warranty transferable?
No, if warranty is offered this is non transferable, even on bulk lots. If the item(s) are being purchased by yourself then any warranty claims must come directly from you. We are unable to make any exceptions.

4. What is your Refunds Policy?
No refunds offered if you have changed your mind after purchasing the goods.

If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within 7 days after the item is shipped out and we will replace defective items with an item of equal or greater functionality within the 7-day period.

After the 7-day period customers must return items at his/her own cost and will be charged a return shipping fee for the replacement item.

In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method.

5. Is warranty extended if an item is replaced ?
The warranty applies only to the original product and is not extended for replacements.

6. If I bought a Digital Camera but the battery life is very short can I get a refund?
If the problem is battery life, we suggest you use the Ni-Mh 2400mAh rechargeable battery. It will solve the problem normally. We will not offer any refund for this problem.

7. How can I provide proof of purchase for a warranty claim?
Your ebay user ID will act as your proof of purchase. If you require to send back any item please email us at and we will provide instruction for you.  Otherwise we are unable to process your return item. We will not be responsible for any item returns with no attached information.

8. Can I drop returns back to oz-auction?
No, we do not allow pickups or drop-offs.

9. If I found descriptions of the item details different to the item I have received, what should I do?                                                                        

While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item details are unintentional. Please notify us this matter as soon as possible at

We do not have phone support at the moment. However, we do endeavour to reply to all emails within 2 business days. We do understand that sometimes it could be frustrating to wait for a reply. In order to keep our costs down we can only provide email support for the time being. Phone support would drive up the prices of all our products very quickly and since we aim to offer genuine savings at all times, we hope you can understand.
