Orders are dispatched from our warehouse Monday – Friday via Australia Post
eParcel or by a range of high quality couriers. All orders are registered and insured free of charge. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and will do our very best to dispatch your order the same day your payment is received. Please ensure you have provided us with your correct postal address to avoid delays. All parcels require a signature on delivery. If you are not available at the time of delivery a card will be left in your letterbox advising you that your package will be available to collect from your local Post Office or courier depot. Pick up is also available from our Gold Coast warehouse. Please contact us during business hours to arrange a suitable time for collection.
We guarantee satisfaction, if you are unhappy for any reason you may return the item within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. The item must be returned unused and in the original packaging. You will be responsible for shipping costs. We also have the option to charge a 10% restocking fee
