I found Lyle to be a genuine small buisnessman who cares about his customers, this item was dispatched in a timely manner, ufortunately by two of the worst 3 Courier companies in Australia. The item was in transit so long, I requested another be despatched by "Express Post", to which he did on the spot without question. I might add that he has decided to not use "Sendle" for Interstate deliveries, and needs comending for this one.
