Worst experience with an ebay seller ever. Poor communication, if any, and slowest shipping ever. My item didn't leave the warehouse for nearly a month, and I still never got it. I didn’t receive the package, it was delivered to somebody else. Seller tells me I have to solve it with USPS (I have never had a problem with deliveries from them). USPS is asking for information I don’t have, if it was sent from a business or a residence, etc… didn’t felt any support from Seller

This particular type of lubricant is what we have the best experience with (in the clinic and at home with our pets), and this seller was one of only two who sold it outside of commercial resellers.
