Please note that any rights you have under this Policy in relation to your Kathmandu product are additional to any rights you may have under consumer laws, such as the Sale of Goods Act (UK).
Our policy does not apply to selected "Base Layer" products for hygiene reasons. Selected Base Layer products include any item of clothing or underwear designed to be worn next to the skin.

If you change your mind about your purchase, we offer a full refund to the value of the purchased goods. Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resalable condition and any tags must be intact. Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing, please ensure you are not wearing any make-up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
For change of mind returns, goods must be returned in original condition with proof of purchase within 30 days of the purchase date.
We will provide any refund for a product purchased online as soon as possible after receiving the returned product.
Important note: Items returned by post can take up to 10 working days to reach us once you have posted the parcel. Once your refund has been processed by us it can take your card provider a further 3 to 5 working days to credit your account.

How to Package an Item for Return
To ensure that the item arrives in original condition, it is important that the packaging used is robust enough to protect the item. Please include the bottom section of the original packing slip.
For all returns postage must be paid by the returnee and will not be refunded, unless you received a damaged, defective or an incorrect item.
We recommend that you obtain proof of postage and retain this to enable you to track your return.
