As long as you place your order prior to these cut-off dates we will dispatch in time to meet the Christmas shipping cut-off dates published by our courier and postal service providers.
We will do everything we can to ensure the prompt arrival of your gifts, however we are not responsible for situations that are out of our control including:
* requests for re-directs or any issue associated with the nominated courier company outside of Kathmandu’s control
* recipient not available to receive the order when delivery is attempted
delays due to customs clearance (for international orders).
Additional charges for customs clearance or return shipping fees must be borne by the customer.
Our delivery charge is FREE on all orders over £30.00. Under this and your delivery will be charged at £4.00.
Your item is delivered from our warehouse in Kent. We use Parcel Force services to deliver this item where and when you need it. All orders can be tracked via their website www.parcelforce.com.
When we despatch your item to you, an email confirmation will be sent. This email includes the freight provider we have used and a unique number that allows you to track your purchase.
Someone will need to be present at the delivery address to accept the order. We will not leave an order without a signature.
If you are out when the delivery is attempted, a card will be left detailing how to collect or rearrange delivery of your order.

If you are in a residential area please allow 1 - 3 business days for your order to be delivered to you. If you are in a rural area, it may be an additional 1 - 2 business days.
Kathmandu offers international delivery to selected European countries. We use UPS services to deliver international orders. All orders can be tracked via their website www.ups.com.
Our international delivery costs are calculated depending on country location.
International Delivery Costs
International orders are charged in pounds sterling (GBP). The exchange rate is determined by international credit card providers or banks, who may add an additional processing or administration charge. The international credit card holder is liable for this.
Duties and Customs
There are no import/export duties on goods shipped within the European Union. All goods shipped to EU countries already have the relevant VAT included.
We currently DO NOT deliver to BFPO or Freight Forwarders.

- Early May Bank Holiday
- Spring Bank Holiday
- Summer Bank Holiday
- Christmas Day
- Boxing Day
Please allow additional delivery times of up to 2 business days, if your order is placed on any of the above public holidays.
Please note that orders placed after 12.00pm on a Friday may not be dispatched until the following Monday. Weekends and all public holidays are not classed as a business day. All orders will be processed on the first available business day.
When placing an international order with Kathmandu, the purchaser and/or the recipient are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported into the destination country. As legislation and policies vary widely from country to country, you should refer to your local governmental sources for confirmation. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
