How to combine my purchases to save on postage?
A: If you are an INTERNATIONAL BUYER, to be able to combine postage, you MUST logo onto AUSTRALIA EBAY to be able to combine potage. You will be using the same Ebay User Name and Password. Site URL is: WWW.EBAY.COM.AU

If you are an INTERNATIONAL BUYER, you are using a mobile app. (For example, you are on a mible phone or IPAD), please go to your app setting to change your country to AUSTRALIA.
B: If you would like to buy different colours / sizes from one listing or buy multiple items from my store from different listings, make sure you place all you want into your CART first and then you PROCEED TO CHECK OUT.
Remember you need to use ADD TO CART button. Keep adding other items into your CART.
If you are on a PC, you can RIGHT click on the listing to open it in a new window and add more items into your cart.
If you are on a mobile app, you need to browse the page down to find ADD TO CART button.
DON'T click on “Proceed to checkout” till you have finished placing ALL the items you want in your CART.
As a general rule, you will be charged full postage for the one of the the highest postage and pay extra postage for each additional item you purchase. You can find the postage for each additional item under “Payment and Postage” TAB under each listing.
Before you make payment,if you think the combined postage is too high, you are most welcome to send me a request to have your postage reviewed by clicking on “Request total from seller”. Again, if you are on a MOBILE app please use “ADD TO CART” (by scrolling page down). Please DO NOT use “Buy It Now”.
Warning: : 1) If you have made your payment separately, most likely your orders will be processed separately and sent out separately). 2) If your total postage automatically calculated/ generated by the system is too high, please make a request BEFORE payment, so that your postage can be reviewed.
Pay the highest postage cost for the first item from any listing of my Ebay store and then the postage for each additional individual item of smaller amount of postage is reduced.

Your total postage is estimated automatically by certain Ebay Rules. If you believe that you have been overcharged unreasonably, please contact seller to get your postage reviewed. If buyers check out without your postage been reviewed by the seller, 1) if the excessive postage is less than $3, no refund will be issued. 2) If your excessive postage paid is more than $3, you will receive either refund for excessive postage or free gifts to cover your excessive postage paid or sometimes the seller may upgrade your postage service from regular to registered or express mail. The seller has the right to decide what's the best to do.
PROMOTIONAL CAPPED POSTAGE
For bulk orders, if you select our promotional capped postage rate, the postal service by default will be Standard Postage / Delivery. Please contact the seller if you would like your postal service to be upgraded to Express Postage.
Payments are to be made immediately, unless special arrangement is made. Unpaid claim will be lodged with Ebay automatically if your payment is not received within 3 working days.
Buyers pay for shipping and handling as stated in each listing.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1) International Buyers
For international buyers, your international package will include a Customs Form with the item description. The price you pay is the value I will list on the form. You are responsible for any tariffs/fees associated with international shipping.
2) Dispatching and Delivery Time
Usually your purchased goods can be dispatched within 1-2 working days (usually via Australia Post) after the payment is cleared, if everything goes all right. For domestic buyers, please feel free to contact the seller again if you still haven't received your goods within 10 working days after you have made the payment. For international buyers, please feel free to contact the seller again if you still haven't received your goods within 20 working days after you have made the payment.
The estimated delivery time is only a guide and delivery times may vary especially during peak periods. The seller will strive to send the purchased items in a timely manner as advertised. Once the goods are in transit, the seller has no control over the speed of delivery. The delivery time is reliant on the carrier and the postal service you select. For domestic buyers, please opt for Express Post Service if your order is urgent as REGULAR mail service varies a lot in delivery time. For international buyers, please allow 10-20 working days for a parcel to be delivered to you.

3) RTS / Return to sender parcels
If an parcel is returned to the seller due to the buyer's error, such as an invalid address or a parcel was not claimed by the buyer in a timely manner, the buyer is responsible for the extra cost for returning the parcel ($10), as each parcel that is ‘return to sender’ will incur the $10 fee that is charged to us by Australia Post.
Buyers will have to pay postage for resending the parcel.
By request, RTS orders can be cancelled and refunded. The $10 return to sender charge will be deducted and original shipping fees are not refundable.
4) Ebay Feedbacks
A positive feedback for the seller is appreciated if you are happy with the transaction. And if you have any concerns/problems in regards to the transaction, please also feel free to let the seller know, and we will sort them out.
Usually we send separate messages to buyers after the products are dispatched, and we will also update the e-bay listing status as "goods posted" once sold items are posted. Please check the ebay listing status for updates.
The seller strives to make images and descriptions as closest to the item(s) as possible, but from time to time the actual unit may slightly vary in color/tone due to the seller's technical skills.
If unhappy about the sellers products, return goods in good and re-sellable condition. Refund will be given after deducting the actual postage and handling fees. If you have purchased from a free postage listing, you will still have to pay for postage spent on sending the parcel over to you.
