 Q: Item received is not as described, I am unhappy, what shall I do?
  A: The seller strives to make images and descriptions as close to the item(s) as possible, but from time to time the actual unit may vary slightly in colour/tone due to lighting and other various reasons. If the item your received is not as described or EXPECTED, please forward your concerns to the seller immediately.
 Q: Is there a tracking number for my order?
  A: If your parcel has a tracking number, a tracking number will be sent to you automatically to your personal email account via Australia Post. If your item is a small item, your item usually will be sent out via standard regular mail service with no tracking number.
 Q: Do you offer Express Postage Service?
  A: We process orders on a daily basis. We offer express postage for most of our items. If there is no Express Service option on a listing when you check out, please ask seller to add express service onto your payment option. Most metropolitan areas in Australia are covered BY AUSTRALIA POST Express Post Service 2nd working day delivery guarantee.
 Q: Do you combine postage if I buy more than one item?
  A: Yes. As a general rule, Pay the highest postage cost for the first item and then the postage for each additional individual item is reduced as marked (under Payment and Postage Page). Your total postage is estimated automatically by certain Ebay Rules.
 Q: I think I have been over charged for postage and handling!
  A: If you believe you are over charged, please contact the seller to have your postage reviewed. When you calculate your postage, please take handling fees into consideration as well. Handling fees is the fees on top of actual postage, which may cover: •Packaging Materials •Packing Time, Carrier Pick-Up Fees, Driving to Shipper, Driving Time... •
 Q: Where can I find the postage and handling fees for additional items?
  A: On each listing page, on top of the page, one the left, next to the Description Tab, there is a tab "Payment and Postage". Click on "PAYMENT AND POSTAGE' tab, you should be able to see postage for each additional item. Postage for each additional item from the same listing and each additional item from a different listing could be different.
 Q: Pay the highest postage cost for the first item!
  A: When you purchase from different listings, you pay the HIGHEST postage cost for the first item and then the postage for each additional individual item is reduced as marked.
 Q: What is the size of the item?
  A: You should be able to find the size of the listed item under SIZE tab. If you can not find it, please feel free to contact the seller.
 Q: Returns have to be arranged within 7 days!
  A: Most of my items are "return accepted within 7 days" *see listing description for return policy for each item. Please contact the seller asap once you have decided to return the purchased item(s) to the seller. The seller will tell you the return address.
 Q: Payment must be made immediately!
  A: Payment must be made at check out immediately.
 Q: Do you offer combined postage discount? How much?
  A: Yes, combined postage discount is available for most of my listings. Make sure you use ADD TO CART button instead of BUY IT NOW if you wants to combine postage to save. Please go to each listing and click on Payment and Postage Tab, you should be able to see the postage cost for each additional item.
 Q: I haven't received my item yet! It is outside estimated delivery timeframe!
  A: If you have selected regular mail service, please allow 2-5 working days, but sometimes it may take up to 10 working days. For international parcels, please allow 10-20 working days. Ebay estimated delivery time is based on condition of no delay during transit. In real life, delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods.
 Q: Item received not as described or Expected, I am unhappy, what shall I do?

 Q: How can I buy different colours from this listing?
  A: If you wish to buy different colours from one listing, you need to click on ADD TO CART colour by colour. Please don't PROCEED TO CHECK OUT till you have finished adding all your items into your CART. When you click on PROCEDD TO CHECK OUT, my ebay rule will combine your purchases to give you combined postage discount.
 Q: I haven't received my item yet? Where is my item?
  A: As soon as your payment is received, your order will be processed with no delay and once your parcel is sent out, I will mark your order status as "SENT". Delay during transition for regular mail is quite common but please contact seller if your order is urgent or you have been waiting for too many days for the arrival of your order.
 Q: How do I buy different colours in ONE transaction?
  A: Make sure you place all your orders into CART first before you PROCEED TO CHECK OUT. PLEASE use ADD TO CART button. Keep adding other items into your CART. If you are on a PC, you can RIGHT click on the listing to open it in a new window and add more items into your cart. If you are on a mobile app, go down page to find ADD TO CART button.
 Q: How do I combine my purchases to save on postage?
  A: If you would like to buy multiple items from my store, make sure you use ADD TO CART button and add each item one by one into your cart FIRST before your proceed to check out. When you click on Pay Now in the end, my ebay store rule will combine your items and give you combined postage discount.
 Q: I have PAID for my items, can you combine my postage?
  A: If you have already checked out (paid) your purchases separately, Ebay won't be able to combine your purchases any more. The seller process your purchases invoice by invoice. During the packing procedure, if your multiple purchases were detected,your purchases might be combined and if postage saved is over $3, seller may give buyer refund or gifts.
 Q: When can I receive my parcel?
  A: We process orders on a daily basis. If your payment is received by the end of the working day, we send your parcel out the 2nd working day. If your order is urgent, please email seller to find out whether the your parcel can be sent out on the same day, if the payment is made before 1pm.
 Q: My order is URGENT!!! If I pay now, WHEN can I receive it?
  A: We process orders on a daily basis. If your payment is received by the end of the working day, we send your parcel out the 2nd working day. If your order is urgent and your payment is made before 1pm, we can try to process your order the same day. Please email seller first.
 Q: What is your bank?
  A: Sorry we don't accept bank deposit payment. PayPal is our preferred payment method.
 Q: Do you accept Paypal payment?
  A: Yes.
 Q: How do you decide your P&H?
  A: We try to charge buyers a flat rate to minimise the administration work. P&H = postal charge + packing material + handling fees (sometimes).
