Honest Trader, however....The adapters delivered for iPhone (3.5mm to lightening) were faulty. The trader sent out replacements, also faulty. After good speedy communication, The trader refunded me in full, but I did have to return the faulty adapters (at the traders expense) to obtain the refund. SO KEEP THE ORIGINAL ENVELOPE. Test adapters before discarding packaging. I would use the trader again as they offer EXCELLENT AFTER SERVICE and they honor there products....Thanks Suzy!

Incorrect item delivered. I provided evidence multiple times and seller was more concerned about figuring out whether it was the supplier or warehouse that sent the wrong item than they were about making it right. They then asked me to use the existing envelope as a 'return to sender' avoid them paying any fees, then made me take photos of me posting it in a post box to prove that I'd sent it rather than have a legitimate return process. Would not use this seller again.

I stuffed up and completely ordered the wrong model. I contacted the seller and asked if a replacement could be sent if I sent the original item back, and they were more than happy to oblige. Communication was quick, friendly and efficient too. The only issue was with the actual time it took for the items to arrive. The seller did say to allow 4 to 8 working days for arrival, so it's more of an issue with the freight company and not the seller.
