Australian Shipping Rates

- If you haven't received your item in the specified timeframe, please contact us before leaving feedback and we will assist you in tracking your parcel.

- At the moment we are unable to ship to PO Boxes ( C/O Post Office addresses are considered PO Boxes and treated as such )

- We are unable to ship Fishing Rods over 1.2m to post codes considered international ( 2899 - Norfolk Island, 4875 - Thursday Island, 6798 - Christmas Island, 6799 - Cocos island ). Orders with these shipping addresses will be cancelled and a refund issued. We are also unable to send Fishing Rods over 1.2m to some other post codes including far Nth QLD, NT, WA due to Courier Item Length Restrictions.

- Unfortunately we are unable to offer local pickup at the moment

- We do not ship any items internationally at this time

$16.95AUD (for 1st rod); -$4.00AUD discount off freight cost (for additional rods)

$11.95AUD (for 1st reel/tackle item); -$4.00AUD discount off freight cost(for additional items)

Shipping Discounts will apply to items purchased within a 5 day period!

Customers who purchase multiple items within 5 days from purchase will be able to combine them into 1 invoice with shipping discounts. Please note that in this case you shouldn't complete the checkout until all auctions are closed.

NOTE: Shipping cost will be highest cost for 1st item, then less $4.00AUD from postage cost of each consecutive item/s - as specified below. E.g. If you purchase a Rod and a Reel on the same order it will be charged as $16.95 + $11.95, as they are separate class items.

Has my order been processed or shipped?

If you have made payment for your item/s you will be notified by Ebay that we have received payment. You will then receive another email informing you that your order has been shipped. Your item/s will usually be shipped within 24hrs.

There was a problem with my shipment, how do I get it corrected?

NOTE: When enquiring about your order, please include your order information: Ebay Customer ID and Item number in your email.

How long will it take to receive my order & can I track my order?

Usual delivery time is 2-7 working days, depending on location and the courier

If your order is returned to us due to a delivery problem caused by an incorrect address we will require an additional payment for reshipping. Alternatively we will issue a refund, minus a restocking fee.

How the Courier may deliver your order

- We use StarTrack, Toll and Australia Post for shipping items, depending on your location and the item being shipped, at our discretion.

- Please note that Shipping & Handling charges include packaging and handling costs, as well as actual postage cost

- Shipping costs also include insurance for lost and damaged items ( all insurance claims must be verified by courier first ).

- Buyers living in remote areas such as farms, islands, mining camps, small towns, or out-of-towners, etc may need to collect from their nearest freight depot as we can't guarantee door to door delivery in each case.

- If an order can't be delivered by the courier due to an address issue and is returned to us, we will require an additional payment for reshipping the item(s)

- All deliveries are made during weekdays only, during normal business hours (9am to 5pm). Orders can't be delivered on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.

All Australian Courier charges allow for Only 1 Attempted Delivery per order! All orders will be shipped as ATL ‘Authority to Leave’ at the premises. Please supply an address where someone can sign for the parcel.

Sometimes we will send combo items separately if they can't fit into one package.

Toll - ATL Shipments:

Toll IPEC will deliver with an ATL on the connote if there is no one at the delivery address. You can contact Toll on 1300 366 684 for any enquiries. You can also go to Toll Track & Trace and type in your CONNOTE NUMBER to track your parcel.

AAE - ATL Shipments:

Australian Air Express (AAE) will deliver with an ATL on the connote if there is no one at the delivery address. You can contact AAE on 13 23 45 for any enquiries relating to your connote. You can also go to AAE Track & Trace and type in your CONNOTE NUMBER to track your parcel.
