I ordered the City Chevrolet hat on March 31st, tried contacting Fanatics twice and no reply. It is now April 9th and it still says waiting to ship. I should have looked at previous reviews for their ebay page because it looks like they dont follow through with anyone regarding shipping their items out. I opened a case today to get my money back. Absolutely terrible customer service.

I was SO disappointed that this item was SOLD OUT everywhere else. I found this backpack here on Ebay assuming that the price would be hiked up! It was not! In fact, the seller had listed for a bit less than at other shops...Thank you so much for not taking advantage of the DOLLAR. One of my pet peeves! Item arrived rather quickly as well. Yes it was describe correctly. This seller is horrible with communication. They NEVER responded to me. The shipping details are horrible never notified when shipped. I won’t buy from this seller again. I would recommend find the item somewhere else with free shipping. The way it was shipped was cheaply done.

Worst eBay experience ever. Contacted seller twice via eBay & even on Facebook messenger. Zero response through eBay, limited assistance thru Facebook. Will NEVER order from this seller on eBay ever again. I have purchased many items via their website & have not had a problem, so I don’t know what the deal is here but I’m really disgusted with the lack of communication & the fact that 2 1/2 weeks after the order was paid for & after the event already took place, my item has not been shipped! FFF
