All packages are sent via one of a selection of couriers including Direct Freight, Victorian Express, Startrack Express or Australia Post. The most economical courier will be used in all situations. All orders above $100 in value will be sent with a registered courier and a signature will be required upon delivery. Please contact us if you require a tracking number.
All shipping costs charged are an accurate reflection of the actual cost to post the item including packaging and labour.
Shipping is only available to physical addresses; a PO Box can only be used on smaller items (less than 500g) able to fit in a Australia Post Satchel. Please contact us if you have any queries or questions relating to this. If a larger item is ordered and a PO Box is supplied we will require an alternate address as our couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
