Warranty & Returns
As most of our goods are imported there is only
limited
warranty. Most products only carry 90 days back to base warranty. Dependant on product, warranty can be back to base or directly via manufacturer.
You must have the product returned before the warranty expired. You must contact
us before you arrange a service elsewhere or our inlcuded warranty becomes
void. Some items may include an adapter. Use of manufacturers warranty might require to send the product back to
an Overseas
Service centre. All postage needs to be covered by customer. Please do NOT
assume to have same warranty conditions as purchased though Australian retail
shop.We can offer a 3-year international warranty upgrade on any system, which covers parts and labour and allows you to use any authorized manufacturers service centre directly. Please contact us for more details..
As we sell a lot of bulk wholesale stock, packaging might look different then stock purchased through retail shops. All goods ship in original manufacturers box. Some boxes might have been opened before for inspections or upgrading. Some stock might be classified as "recertified" or "clearance" stock by manufacturers. Warranty 3 months back to base. Please check for more details.
Watches which are operated by battery could arrive with flat batteries due
to stoarge time. This does not qualify for a return for a refund. We reserve the
right to repalce the batter and reimburse the repalcement fee.
In the unlikely event of your goods being delivered faulty or damaged, you must reposrt damage to freight company and contact us immediately in order for us to arrange a replacement. In case if replacement item is not in stock, we reserve the right to issue a merchant credit or offer a different model for replacement. Damage in transit is only covered if you selected and paid for the optional transit insurance.
You are responsible for your own shipping costs when returning items to us. We will in turn be responsible for the cost of shipping items back to you. This applies to all returns without exception. Any goods returned that were purchased in error or cancelled orders will be subject to handling and re-stocking charges of 20% of the original goods value. This applies to all such returns without exception.
We reserve the right to cancel sale if we have made a mistake in the listing. Full refund will be issued using same method as original payment. In some cases we cannot remove listing that contains error. We will notify buyer and cancel a transaction.
All photos are generic for the product line and actual item may have different components or look differnt. Please check all details in the specification section and please don't make assumptions as it is not possible for us to have a photo for each configuration variations ( i.e. camera, turners, remotes, design)

Australia Post COD (Cash on Delivery) will also be offered for customers requesting the service, but a surcharge of $8 applies and deposit of 10% of the total is required prior shipment.
Shipping
All postage is handled by Australia Post or Australian Air Express Courier if not requested differently.
Please note, it is your sole responsibility to purchase shipping insurance offered. We are not liable in any form for any financial losses arising from damage or loss of item during delivery by Registered Post or any other shipment services; it is your responsibility to select insurance option. When insurance has been purchased and item lost or damaged, we will initiate claim with the shipper and provide exchange item only when claim is completed and funds released to us by the shipping company. Insurance claim takes 4-8 weeks
We strongly encourage buyers to purchase shipping insurance for any items over $100- if item arrives damaged and you have not paid for insurance- you assume responsibility for damage or loss.
Insurance can only be taked out in combination with registered post or courier. You cannot take out insurance if you select regular mail.
