I ordered a laptop and when it arrived it was a different shell than in picture. However they were very responsive to my messages and a solution was found that was acceptable to both parties. I would be fine ordering from them again since even if there's an issue I know they will make it right.

Great Seller! Product better than expected! Definately would do buisness with them again!!!! Shipping could improve by using USPS GA instead there's hardly a difference since its been added and way cheaper! Even if you had to charge a little for handling to get boxes. The box was damaged a bit by usps looks like something fell on it coner first but eveything inside was packaged to keep it safe! Thanks so much!

Item is complete and 100% as described. Shipping was reasonable and item packaged well and arrived 100% intact though-out the shipping process. My 3 star rating for shipping charges in no way reflects upon the seller (who I would purchase from again) but the involuntary expense involved.
