Kept hounding for pics and refused to issue a return postage label so they can get back faulty item and eBay intervened with issuing the refund. Avoid this unhelpful seller-- I do not recommend

Bought this bag, contacted the seller after the first week it hadnt arrived even thought it was three days shipping. seller advised it was out of stock despite being listed on ebay. they refunded me and then i noticed the same bag but in another colour at a higher price on their ebay store. so i bought that instead only to be informed that wasnt in stock either. again another one listed on at again a higher price so i bought that! again they cancelled the order after asking for a tracking number
