Postage Frequently Asked Questions

Q: 1. Do you combine postage ?

A: Yes we do combine postage & payment once finished bidding on all items wanted are won or purchased.

2. How much do you charge for postage with in Australia ?

We send all Items with in Australia by registered or parcel post free of charge.

3. How much do you charge for International Postage ?

We send all international postage by registered Australia Post at a cost of $20.00

International Buyers Please Be Aware That ( " Customs is a government agency responsible for regulating shipments entering a country. All shipments being sent to and from a country must clear customs first. Merchandise exported into another country must clear customs and may incur a customs duty. " ) 

International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges aren’t included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. 

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

4. Do you offer express post ?

Yes but only by platinum express post at a cost of $15.50 within Australia. Items going overseas by Australia Post express courier international at a cost of $40.00

5. Do you offer Local pick up ?

Yes we do provide local pick up.

6. Postage Insurance ?

Insurance within Australia is included free of charge. Items going overseas insurance is included free of charge.

7. Can you lower price on customs documents ?

No will not lower price of items on customs documents.

8. Can I have my tracking number please ?

Once payment is received we then find your item/items. Once located we leave the registered post/parcel post or express post number on eBay & pack item/items. You should be able to locate/view the registered post/parcel post or express post number on the view order details page. You should also be able to locate/view the registered post/parcel post or express post number at the following link http://auspost.com.au/track/

9. How long will it take for my delivery with in Australia ?

Cairns - Brisbane approx. 1 week.
Cairns - NSW approx. 1 - 2 weeks.
Cairns - Vic approx. 2 - 3 weeks
Cairns - SA approx. 2 - 3 weeks.
Cairns - WA approx. 3 - 4 weeks.
Cairns - TAS approx. 2 - 3 weeks.
The odd one can take up to a month to be delivered.
Please note that above can vary depending on Australia Posts.

10.How long will it take for my International delivery ?

Cairns - International approx. 2 weeks - a month. The odd one can take up to 3 months. Please note that above can vary depending on International Customs.

3. Do you accept direct deposit ?

Yes we do accept direct deposit.

4. Do you accept cheques & money orders ?

Yes we do accept cheques & money orders.
Please Note: International Cheques Must Be Drawn In Australian Dollars & Drawn On An Australian Subsidiary Bank.

5. Do you offer Local pick up ?

Yes we do provide local pick up.

6. Do you offer combined payment & postage ?

Yes we do combine postage & payment once finished bidding on all items wanted are won or purchased.

7. When must payment be made by ?

All payments must be received before 15 days. If not a unpaid item notice has to be filed so we are able to claim our selling fees back.

8. Do you offer lay-by ?

Yes we do provide lay-by. However it must be paid by direct deposit & paid out before 60 days. Otherwise all pics & details are lost on eBay.

Please Note we have a 100% buyback policy.
In the event that you want to return a item. The item has to be received by us first before any refund & returned postage paid can fully refunded.
