Medium items : delivered by - Couriers Please

Large items : delivered by - Cope Sensitive Freight and Manufacturer Delivery

EParcel (for items that weigh 25kg or less, or measure less than 1 metre long)

What is eParcel Post? How it works

eParcel is Australia Post's Internet enabled freight system. The delivery status of a package can be checked via the Internet at www.eparcel.com.au

Each parcel carries a barcoded address label, which is scanned at several points during the delivery process.This will usually happen the evening your parcel is dispatched or early next day.

Your eParcel number is included in your shipping confirmation email. To track your order just enter your eParcel numberinto the website www.eparcel.com.au

The local parcel contractor in your area will deliver your parcel and on delivery a signature is required.If no one is at the delivery address to receive the parcel, a card will be left advising that the parcel can be collected from the nearest post office.

3 - 8 days Australia wide (from date of despatch)
please note that delivery's to WA may take 4-10 in transit once dispatched

Medium items:


Couriers Please (for items that weigh between 25kg and 50kg, or measure less than 2 metres long)

What is Couriers Please? How it works?

Couriers Please is Australia's leading metropolitan express parcel delivery business with nationwide operations covering most of Australia.

Each parcel carries a barcoded address label, which is scanned at several points during the delivery process.This will usually happen the evening your parcel is dispatched or early next day.

Your consignment number is included in your shipping confirmation email. To track your order just enter your consignment numberinto the website https://www.couriersplease.com.au/37:ezytrak-results.

The local parcel contractor in your area will deliver your parcel and on delivery a signature is required.If no one is at the delivery address to receive the parcel at the time of the delivery, a card will be left at the delivery address.If the card is not responded to within 2 business days to arrange another delivery on a different day, a second delivery will be attempted.If this is also unsuccessful, Couriers Please will wait another 2 business days for a response before returning the parcel to Billy Guyatts.

Please note that any returned parcels will be charged additional redelivery fees. As such, please ensure you respond promptly when deliveries are unsuccessful.

Large Items:


Cope Sensitive Freight and Direct from Manufacturer (for items over 50kg or over 1 metre in length)



Where items exceed 50kg or greater than 1 metre in length, a more specialised delivery service is required. Cope Sensitive Freight dedicate themselves to an Australia-wide delivery service for large items. You will receive an email confirmation of your order including a tracking number, as soon as your goods are despatched. Each parcel carries a barcoded address label, which is scanned at several points during the delivery process. Parcels are collected from our warehouse on a daily basis (Monday to Friday). To track your order just enter your consignment numberinto the website https://www.cope.com.au/.

Cope Sensitive Freight will attempt to deliver your item Monday to Friday during business hours.If no one is at the delivery address to receive the parcel at the time of the delivery, a card will be left at the delivery address.Please call Cope Sensitive Freight to arrange a date for redelivery of your product within 2 business days.Failure to call Cope Sensitive Freight within this time frame will result in the item being returned to Billy Guyatts.

Please note that any returned parcels will be charged additional redelivery fees. As such, please ensure you respond promptly when deliveries are unsuccessful.For extremely large item deliveries the manufactures vehicle will be equipped with a hydraulic tailgate, and the driver will have a trolley to ensure that your item can be safely delivered to your door. It is at the driver's discretion as to whether he will assist you in getting the product through the door, depending on the delvery conditions.

One of our product suppliers will call you to advise that your product is ready for delivery. They will organise a date for delivery with you over the phone. Please ensure that you provide your phone number to enable them to contact you during normal business hours. These manufactures will not be able to nominate a time for the delivery, so if you are not planning to be home on the date of delivery, you will need to nominate a person to sign for the goods on your behalf.

For extremely large item deliveries the manufactures vehicle will be equipped with a hydraulic tailgate, and the driver will have a trolley to ensure that your item can be safely delivered to your door. It is important to ensure that the product is able to fit through your door prior to delivery.If the item is too large to fit, additional delivery costs may be charged.

Change of delivery details

Delivery addresses can only be changed in accordance with Paypal policies and need to be received in writing at via the email.  We are unable to guarantee that we can change delivery addresses.
