Ordered item in Nov 23 with an advertised expected delivery date of around the 4th Dec. It is now the 10th Jan 24 and items have not been received and are in fact still showing "awaiting postage" on my orders list. I have tried to contact the seller on two separate occasions to ask for a postage timeframe or a refund and have had NO RESPONSE on both occasions. Stay clear of this seller, or kiss your money goodbye!! Absolutely disgraceful!
