Item as described good seller as for the shipping,it took australia post 22 days to get it from vic to nsw very disgusting service from aust post,the seller contacted aust post more than once for me to find out where my package was,they were very helpful and this was not their fault ,just like to say thank you for the help on their end with this transaction

Fast dispatch and good communications from this company. Great quality item, delivery by the UK postal system was delayed due to customs charges and UK VAT that had to be paid before they would deliver and by that time it coincided with the Easter Bank holidays. Anyway, better late than never. Recommend the company though!

The first cap was lost by Australia Post (who showed no interest) and when we contacted Autolink requesting another one to be sent, Shona sent it immediately with no extra charge. We were blown away by her genuine concern and the radiator cap is exactly as ordered.

Item never arrived. Looks like it got lost in the postal system because australia post did have it which is why I'm giving it positive feedback but the downside was that there was no communication from the seller. It's fairly straight forward, when a customer sends a message read it and respond. A full refund was provided by ebay.
