Bidding on or buying any of our items is an acknowledgement that you agree with the following terms and conditions:


All bids represent a binding contract to purchase the items. Do not purchase on any item that you may have a question about unless you email us to clarify your concerns. Shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstances. For returns or warranty claims return postage will not be covered. Where item description is limited, we cannot be held accountable for any assumption or implication. We attempt to take unique images of all items; however, some images are for illustration purposes only, the actual item may vary slightly. If you have questions about the product that affect your bidding, please email us beforehand. We take great pride in our feedback and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an instance should occur where you are not satisfied, please follow eBay guidelines and contact us via email for remedies before leaving feedback. Positive feedback is always reciprocated and is left automatically after being received.

We normally dispatch the item within one business day once the payment is cleared before 3pm Melbourne time and no further indication to cease the shipment. However latency may occur without notification due to Australia Post effort, bank payment latency, indication or instruction by buyer, PayPal, eBay, Bank to cease the shipment, or public holiday (including Victorian holiday). If it has passed the estimated delivery time on the eBay page and you still have not received your item, please do not hesitate to contact our team who are very willing to help you.

Indicated postage on each item is for the Australia National Express Post unless further indication. For international shipment, please contact us before purchase.

We only accept PayPal, Credit Card (Mastercard and Visa only), and Direct Bank Deposit.
If you wish to pay by credit card, please call us on 03 9038 8075 during 10am-5pm (Mon-Fri) to provide detailed credit card information. Please notice that for security reasons we DO NOT ask and accept any online credit card transactions or details online.

Please notice that latency may apply since Bank Deposit may take some time for clearance due to banking system. By using this method, you are allow at most 7 business days dispatch latency.

Please notice that we allow maxium 31 days payment latency after order placed. Orders which have not been paid or been paid partially will be report to eBay automatically. Strongly recommend you to notice us if you make a bank transfer/deposit and not been marked as payment received within 5 business days.

All new items will be provided with 12 months warranty unless otherwise stated. All used items will be under 3 months warranty. Warranty covers replacement or repair. Any physical damages will not be covered by any warranty.

Shipping Cover
We use standard Australia Post Express Post service or Australia Post standard mail/parcel service as our main delivery service. With our strong and careful packaging, we aim to minimise the damaged delivery to the lowest. However, please note that unfortunately there is no extra cover for damaged goods. If you are seeking extra cover for delivery, please contact us before ordering and finalising payment.

We accept returns for items that have been incorrectly advertised or do not perform the advertised function. We reserve the right to refuse a refund upon suspicion of customer misuse or damage to the item. Please contact us directly before returning any goods.

Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a seller error, we may charge a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price paid (e.g. incorrect ordering or change of mind by buyer) if the item is returned in original conditions. Further charge may apply upon conditions. Buyers must return item within 14 days from the delivery date for an exchange or refund. Buyers are subject to pay for the return shipping of the product for warranty repair or exchange.
