Fast Postage, Item fitted perfectly and a great price. Only pick would be the packaging was not as protective as it should have been. The corner of the keyboard was slightly bent up from postage which I was able to mend. If not I would have contacted for them for advice. Other than that the item fitted perfectly and works just fine as I'm using it to write this feedback! ;-) Yes I would use them again.

Excellent service from this seller. After installing the first battery into my laptop I had issues with the keyboard and returned the battery for a refund. I received a call from the seller, Alan, who suggested he send me another battery from a new batch as they don't usually have problems. I agreed and within 2 days the battery was delivered. And it works beautifully. Thanks Alan. What fantastic service. Highly recommended!
