Item was advertised at a great price. Item was advertised as brand new. Arrived in correct box, although has evidence it may have been installed and/or used previously. I am not worried, but would like accurate information before purchasing. After 2 weeks of waiting for item to be posted I contacted seller asked if/when it will be posted. I recieved tracking number 18 days after purchasing. I was in no rush to receive item, although seller could have acknowledged purchase and delay.

Listing showed item in stock. Three weeks later item still had not been sent. Sent inquiry. They replied item had now been sent. A week later still not received. They then informed me that item was not able to be sent for another two weeks. Got refund. Worst ebay seller I have experienced.

Ordered the item and was several weeks with no update on it getting shipped, I had to contact them and upon doing so found out there was actually no stock and they needed to order it in, after sorting that out I waited an additional few weeks before actually receiving the item and upon receiving it have seen it is actually the wrong item. Seller made no effort to give me the correct item and instead just refunded me. Very poor.

Product did eventually turn up. No communication via eBay. I had to find the shops phone number and call them direct to get an update on delivery. Turns out stock was ordered from over seas. It did eventually turn up but took a couple of months. Product is good value but had to wait for it.

would not recommend this company, lack of communication. wanted me to pay for shipping when the add states free shipping. paid for the item almost a week before any sort of communication was made and i had to initiate it.
