Ordered size 6 they sent size 9. Was very disappointed so messaged them. Gave me an option for refund or ecchange. Ofcourse as i needed them i had to exchange. Such a hassle. Once they received the wrong sized boot they then packaged and posted it a few days after as it was the weekend.

You were sent the correct Boots, the issue was that the boots in the box were a size 9, rather than the Size 6 they were supposed to be. We gave you a Free return and exchanged the boots for you. We cannot post items on a weekend, as we don't get a postal Collection. So your replacement boots were sent out to you, as soon as we possibly could. Perhaps we should not of been so honest with you and just blamed Royal Mail.
